Here is the IoT market, and it's on fire. Here is the App Store and it's hot. Appstore is about software delivery to the customer, and IoT devices need software (and firmware). So, do we need an App Store for the IoT? There are things that exist in Appstore that IoT doesn't need, and there are requirements of the IoT that App Store doesn't have. So, will it blend?
