Akka Distributed Data Deep Dive

0 0

Akka Distributed Data builds on Akka Clustering to provide an easy way of sharing data across a cluster of nodes. It uses a special data representation called Conflict Free Replicated Data Types (CRDTs) to allow sharing the values across the cluster without central coordination. This session will give an overview of CRDTs and then dive into the details of how they are used in Akka Distributed Data. Through Scala code examples you will learn how to use CRDTs in your own Akka applications.
