Being part of a government agency does not necessarily make people dream. Heavy processes, high politics, lack of opportunity, reluctance to change, those are some of the things that come to mind. At Pole emploi, the French government agency for employment, we have a totally different story! In the last 24 months, we transformed the way we work using the Scaled Agile Framework. To help with the transformation, we are also using UX practices, design thinking and lean startup methods. By the end of this session, you will understand how we have leveraged UX practices, innovation games and design sprints to improve the maturation of the business needs and their prioritization to best fit what our users want and deliver value in a continuous flow.
