In this session we will be meeting on Zoom to walk through the process of setting up an HTTP server using NodeJS, and Express. More details to come!
Overview
We're a group of women who want to learn JavaScript together. We welcome people of all levels. Beginners are especially encouraged. You move at your own pace in this group, so it doesn't matter if you are a fast or slow learner, or if you attend every week. Meet us on wwcode.slack.com on the #sf-js-study-group channel.
Format
We generally start introductions around 6:00pm and then work on coding problems or projects, independently or with others. Although the focus is on JavaScript, we also cover related topics such as HTML and CSS and other web technologies.
There will typically be more experienced coders available to help beginners with what they are stuck on.
