When to (not) conduct user testing by Hester Bruikman

Jan 29, 2015 · Eindhoven, Netherlands

Our first event in 2015! Let's meet up again, inspire and get inspired!
This time Hester Bruikman will tell us about typical UX questions that arise during design and development and her personal view about when (not) to conduct user testing to answer them. She will also address the role of the designer, product owner, developer and manager in user testing; moving the spotlight away from the user, the innocent bystander.

About the speaker:
Hester has a background in Psychology and Interaction design and has experience in testing of consumer electronics, medical devices, web and mobile applications. Currently she works as a UX and Usability researcher at ING Domestic.
