Most agile professionals are always on the lookout for short, fun agile training sessions to conduct with their teams. In this train-the-trainer style session, we’ll conduct and deconstruct a simple yet powerful workshop that you can use with your teams. We’ll begin as participants in an agile exercise that illustrates the challenges teams face when there are no clear priorities, or when teams have too much work in progress vs completing one story before beginning another. During the session, we will occasionally ‘break scene’ and put on our agilest hats to discuss the mechanics of the workshop, key learning points, and ways to adapt the exercise to different environments.
By the end of the workshop, you will have the materials and information needed to adapt and present this workshop with your scrum teams.
