Ronan Collins is civil engineer, Project Information Manager, BIM specialist, experienced speaker, and a keen sailor. He believes that the business benefits provided by well-planned digital engineering processes will transform the way we design, construct and maintain our infrastructure and buildings. Throughout his 25 year career, he has implemented digital solutions and services for large scale developments including airports, hotels, residential complexes, railway stations, educational facilities, exhibition centres, casinos and complex industrial projects all around the world. As a certified BIM Manager, he provides expert advice on how to specify and plan the implementation of digital engineering processes.

Yeap Beow Heng - Technical Director of Digital Engineering, Rail & Transit, Transportation; AECOM
Yeap have been in the Construction Industry for 23 years with extensive experience in project management, BIM Implementation and execution, MEP design and coordination, Railway System interface/integration, and Digital engineering. He is currently leading the BIM and Authority Liaison department in AECOM, and also spear heading the Railway System for AECOM South East Asia, Transportation Group. Yeap has extensive experience to implement Digital Engineering for infra project, where he has managed the infra project with innovative way of integrating design process into the BIM workflow to achieve an end-to-end solution for a complex infrastructure work for the whole of the project life cycle. He has been driving the organization to achieve the Level 2 BIM Accreditation in Dec 2018 for MRT Corporation which mark the corporation to be the First Major Infrastructure developer in Asia to comply with the full PAS 1192.

John Lim Ji Xiong - Head of Gamuda Excellence Transformation (GET); Gamuda
John Lim is currently the Head of the Gamuda Excellence Transformation (GET) in Gamuda, a multinational construction company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prior to assuming this role, he was an engineer on the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) tunneling project and led the development of the world’s first Autonomous Tunnel Boring Machine in 2019. This innovative technological breakthrough has won numerous international awards, propelling Gamuda to the forefront of the global tunneling fraternity. John also oversees the development of Tunnel-Insight, a cloud-based IoT platform for TBM data to yield actionable insights to improve the tunneling process. Since then, he has assumed the role as head of GET, a new innovation department with a mandate to elevate digital excellence across Gamuda group.

Tony Joseph - Head of BIM Department; Gamuda
Tony has over 25 years technical experience in various projects including government, construction, oil & gas, utilities, rail infrastructure, smart city, data science and software development. He graduated with MSc in Computer Science (UK) and BSc in HBP (Penang). He has extensive local and international work experience in Malaysia, US, UK, Australia and Indonesia. He is part of successful teams implementing numerous international award-winning projects including BIM, GIS and Digital Engineering.
