A casual "get active" outdoor fitness session in the morning suitable for all fitness levels. It's an awesome way to start the day and keep those bodies fit and healthy!
No PTs - the sessions are simply run by people who enjoy exercising. We sure need it before a big day ahead in front of a screen. Let's get our sweat on! Bring a towel, water bottle and your runners.
Every week we meet at the point on the map at 7am on the dot. Just look for a couple of ripped people and you should be good.
