Prior to founding Amplinate, Josh was a Principal Design Research Manager at Microsoft, where he worked for 12 years in tablet applications, content consumption, productivity, communication, and time management research. Josh is a lover of travel, learning languages, and celebrating the cultures of the world through food and wine. He lives in Paris, France with his husband and Co-Founder.

Trenton Moss - Leadership Coach & Partner - Team Sterka

Trenton is a business leader, trainer and coach who inspires everyone around him to achieve more than they think they can. He’s founder and head coach at Team Sterka, a training and coaching business that creates high-performing digital product teams. His first book, ‘Human Powered’, was published this year. It helps you gain all the people skills you need to succeed when working in UX and digital. Previously, he spent 15 years as founder and CEO at one of the UK’s first UX agencies, Webcredible. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him running around after his kids. Or sleeping. He loves a post-lunch power nap.

Edyta Jaworek - Product and Strategic Designer, Ethical Design Advocate, X-Google

Edyta is a Product Designer with over 6 years of industry experience in high tech. She’s passionate about incorporating ethics into the product development process — she created a framework for doing that which she is testing at present. Edyta currently works at Google, prior to which she had co-founded a startup focused on nurturing alumni relationships. She has advised startups in America, Europe, Middle East and Asia on user-centric product development and strategic design in both software and hardware sectors. An experienced team and sprint leader, she has led multiple cross-functional product development collaborations in sectors ranging from advertising through education to civics, growing products from zero to launch, as well as transforming mature products. In her free time Edyta likes to create art and DJ.
