Lean UX can be one of the first steps enforced into the design process and offers the product team the opportunity to explore multiple design directions, to help decipher which design solution may work best before having to commit to building anything. It focuses on results, by testing researchers assumptions through various avenues of guerilla-style user testing, and emphasises a culture of constant learning that drives speedy and continuous discoveries and improvements. Much like lean UX, agile UX is highly collaborative and brings a cyclical approach to design, as a way of improving the features that are being built through regular feedback from users. Both methodologies focus on building high-quality products quickly, by breaking work into manageable chunks and responding to the changes that need to be made.
Join our wonderful speakers as they unpack the ways that they utilise lean and agile practices in the development of products to explore the ways in which you can build upon errors and findings to better further your design process.
