UX Book Club: Author Visit & Chat

Join us in October for an in-person discussion with UX designer and author Tom Greever. Tom will share a short introduction to his new book, Articulating Design Decisions, and then we'll move into a Q&A session with him.

About the book: "Every designer has had to justify designs to non-designers, yet most lack the ability to explain themselves in a way that is compelling and fosters agreement. The ability to effectively articulate design decisions is critical to the success of a project, because the most articulate person often wins. This practical book provides principles, tactics, and actionable methods for talking about designs."

As always, you don't have to read the book to attend and participate in the conversation. (There is also a video of Tom discussing this topic from Midwest UX last year.) Everyone is welcome! 

We'll have water and few light snacks on hand. Feel free to bring snacks to share and BYOB if you're so moved.
