Jen has presented research at numerous national and international conferences and publishes in peer-reviewed journals. Jennifer also co-authored a book entitled Eye Tracking in User Experience Design in 2014 and is working on a new book, Usability Testing for Survey Research. She is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA), and is past President of UXPA DC as well as the DC Chapter of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (DC-AAPOR).   Cory Lebson (@corylebson) UX Consultant / Past President, UXPA International / Author, UX Careers Handbook (Forthcoming) Cory is a leader in the field of user experience (UX), specializing in user research and evaluation, user experience strategy, UX training, and mentoring. In addition to two decades of consulting, he also speaks frequently on topics related to UX career development, user research and accessibility. He has been featured on the radio and has published a number of articles in a variety of professional publications. He is currently authoring the UX Careers Handbook to be published in early 2016 by Focal Press (Taylor & Francis Group). He is a former president of both UXPA International and UXPA DC.   Prarthana Johnson Principal Design Manager at Skype Microsoft Whether it is designing for environments, devices, mobility, applications or services, Prarthana Johnson has enjoyed the last 12 years immensely. She is constantly evolving the infinite variety of paths it takes to solve a design problem. She loves leading highly collaborative and multidisciplinary design projects, merging research, design, and technology for brands like T-Mobile, Intel, Intuit, and Nokia. She currently is a principal design manager leading the next generation of communication experiences on the Skype team at Microsoft. Amanda Stockwell (@MandaLaceyS) Vice President of UX at 352 Inc. Amanda is the VP of UX at 352 Inc. where she leads a team that provides user research, usability testing, and UX strategy services. Her expertise has helped companies new to user experience to assimilate user-centered design into their existing processes. Additionally, Amanda has unique career advancement insight from her tenure in recruiting, where she evaluated client needs and associated job descriptions, reviewed and interviewed scads of UX professionals, assessed those candidates for particular roles, and helped individuals shape and advance their UX careers. She has written related content for UXmatters, HowDesign, and several blogs. When not performing UX magic, she can be found teaching fitness classes, drinking mojitos, and sunbathing with her spoiled pooch, Bromer.   Teaque Lenahan Group Director at Fjord Teaque is passionate about helping clients create real growth, build conviction, and harness change via research, strategy, design, and technology. Over twenty years, he has helped diverse B2C and B2B clients like Samsung, AT&T, S.C. Johnson, BASF, Nike, Oracle, Dolby, Energizer, 7-Eleven, OfficeMax, Target, and Penske innovate their strategies, products, services, brands, and organizations. As the Group Director at Fjord's new Seattle studio, Teaque is responsible for driving the studio's growth, team, and culture.
