The Hum State: Being productive, sustainably

Apr 24, 2018 · Sydney, Australia

Professional life can offer a tempting slide into the adrenaline-fuelled rollercoaster of stress and reward. We can fall into the trap of becoming addicted to this vicious cycle of finishing projects, ticking off to-do lists and pushing ourselves to the limit.

But what is that doing to our bodies and minds? The state of extreme stress is counter productive to happy, humming teams and individuals. A better place is the “hum state”.

In this talk Nina shares her story of going from stress to sickness to finding the hum state of sustainable productivity. Learn the techniques and steps to finding your own hum state and removing the influence of unhealthy stress on your life.
