Davies Okeowo is a strategic thinker, trainer, and entrepreneur whose interests revolve around helping micro businesses grow, and influencing the growth of startup ecosystems.

Talk 3
RJF was founded by Rob Jones, an entrepreneur who has grown and sold businesses, he is now a specialist in helping start-ups.
Having been finance director for some of the world’s biggest companies, Rob started RJF to put his years of high-level experience to work for businesses across Greater Manchester.
At the very least a Founder should understand how a Profit & Loss works.
That simply means “here’s where we’re making money, here’s where we’re spending it, and here’s how much we’re making (or losing).”
If you didn’t understand a balance sheet, or complicated projections, or anything else, you’d at least have to understand where the money came in, and where it went out.
Rob meets very few Founders who know any of this. In this talk, he will outline the key 5 numbers every founder should know about their business.

Please note that photography may be taking place at this event, please either notify a member of the events staff on the day or email [masked] if you would like to be omitted from any shots.
