TEAM THINKING PROCESS – HUMANIZE THE DIGITALIZATION

Self-organized and independent teams is one of the corner stones of more agile ways of working. And yet not many companies have fully made the turn towards this operating model. Where do you start and which steps are necessary to get there? And why should you think about it in the first place?

In her interactive presentation, Kim Duggen will explain, what rabbits and turtles have to do with modern organizations, which aspects you need to check in order to develop your individual organization for the future by using the CYNEFIN Framework and how engaging your employees is making for a successfull process – the team-thinking-process.

Directly derived from Design Thinking, the Team Thinking Process helped her organization to find the right „why“ for a change to selforganizing teams and digitalization. Moreover, it is a process that directly engages the users concerned – our employees.

She will briefly show you, what steps are necessary and which methods can be used to find your individual digital organization model for a complex world using oose's own transformation as an reallife example.

After the presentation, we will have some time for Q&As with Kim and end the meetup with some time for networking and further discussions!

Kim Duggen:
As an elected board member and consultant / trainer at oose, she takes a holistic view of people, business and IT. This is why she is committed to overcoming silo thinking and establishing IT as the foundation for successful business. She also orientates her own thinking and acting holistically. Therefore, when designing efficient processes, she never looks at the executing employees and the interfaces separately – to focus them in the totals is her strength.
Her knowledge as a soft skills trainer also benefits her in her daily work: asking the right questions, listening, mediating between parties and finding and implementing solutions together are her core competencies.
