19:35 - 20:20 Cognizant is a Sitecore global partner of Sitecore now, what does this mean? - (Paul Dohmen - Cognizant)
Very recently, Cognizant agreed with Sitecore to be a global partner. Why is that important for Cognizant’s way of working? This talk will be about a global way of working and the challenges it brings on both technical and organizational matters. It is about how to keep a Sitecore environment with several hundreds of micro-sites performing. We will also talk about how to deal with this while working on this in collaboration with multiple vendors. Promise: It will not just a commercial talk. It will be about difficult challenges that are eventually a lot of fun. In order illustrate the talk and to keep this interesting for everyone we will demo how our near-shore team created a Speak integration with Adobe EXM as a DAM system and how they prepared SXA in a way that our frontenders like Sitecore?
20:20 - 20:30 Break
20:30 - 21:15 How the Sitecore cookie crumbles (Boris Leenaars - AmpleEdge)
With the introduction of GDPR and consumer demand for privacy control, most sites now have a form of content control. Unfortunately, we have seen many cases where the cookie statements and content options do not align with how Sitecore actually works. This sessiom will clarify with examples what actually happens if a visitor refuses the Sitecore cookie, what options there are to honor your visitor's demand for privacy, and the options you still have to build relevant experiences with Sitecore.
