8.30 - 9.00 Q&A

• Week 1 (04/12) : Confidence Within
"Who are you and what do you bring to the table?" If you struggle with your answers to this question, you're not alone! Sometimes we're too close to the tree to see the forest, and when it comes to confidence, we need to see ourselves through another lens to see who we really are and what we're truly capable of. Sarah will guide you in finding your own answers to who you are and what value you bring to the table. You will leave with a deeper sense of confidence and courage that will impact how you think, speak and act. Simply put, you will find your power within.

• Week 2 (04/19) : Confidence in the Work Environment
To be confident in your workplace you have to make your presence felt. How can you speak up with confidence, advocate for your ideas and positions, and garner respect while being a team player? Influencing those around you is a subtle art but not as difficult as you might think. Sarah will share tips and strategies to be bolder and more confident while forging powerful relationships of trust, empathy, and loyalty.

• Week 3 (04/26) : Confidence Managing Up
A hidden secret to rising up in organizations is the ability to manage and coach the ones who have the power to give opportunities to make a bigger contribution. The key is to understand how they think and to know what motivates them. Why should they pay attention to you, support you, and give you the opportunities you want? How can you inspire your manager and senior managers to take you to the levels you want to go in your company. Sarah will help you answer these questions and to create a plan to accelerate your success by inspiring people above you to partner with you for everyone's greater success.
