Securing Vault with Mitchell Hashimoto

Apr 16, 2018 · Amsterdam, Netherlands

For this meetup, we are taking over the “Leeskamer” at Meet Berlage, located a stone’s throw from the Amsterdam Central Station.

💬 Talks:

Mitchell Hashimoto (https://twitter.com/mitchellh), automation-obsessed co-founder of HashiCorp is in town and will take us on a journey on how to run Vault securely, in a (public) cloud environment.

Touching upon the “multi-cloud problem” as well as making sure your access to secrets is, indeed, secure, this evening will provide an opportunity to learn about the ins-and-outs of Vault.

Additionally, with the 0.10 release of Vault right around the corner, Mitchell will touch upon the major changes to improve the lives of both beginners and advanced users of Vault.

📍 Location:

The “Leeskamer” is located in the Meet Berlage building (https://meetberlage.com) at Oude Brugsteeg 9, Amsterdam. The location is easy to get to by public transport and while there are public parking garages nearby, we recommend avoiding them to keep your cost down and the environment happy.

🍲 Food:

Our chef is whipping up a fine selection of snacks that will keep your body nourished, so you can enjoy the talks.
