Ruby Object Model

Apr 8, 2017 · Palo Alto, United States of America

Ruby's Object Model was influenced by Smalltalk. The Smalltalk object model follows a set of simple rules that are uniformly applied. You will learn the 5 basic Rules of Smalltalk object model and how Ruby is consistent with this set of 5 rules.

You will work through simple code examples to learn about the basics of Ruby Object Model. If you are a beginner, feel free to attend. Bring a laptop with Ruby 2.0 or above installed on your machine.

These basic concepts are essential to become a good Ruby programmer.
