Robin Devine is going to kick our next season off by sharing her expertise on the Lymph system that travels through your entire body. The conditions of this highway and the
passengers riding it determine your quality of life. This highway creates access
for the military of your body, facilitates the removal of debris and delivers energy throughout your system.

LYPMH ISSUES CAN LOOK LIKE:
-Fatigue
-Pain
-Problems falling asleep or getting good sleep
-Concentration or memory problems
-Anxiety
-Headaches
-IBS
-Balance/Dizziness
Larger issues can include: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and
Multiple Sclerosis, Lymphedema and Chronic Venous Insufficiency

WE WILL DISCUSS:

- The natural flow of the lymph system in its journey around the body
- What is exchanged in this traffic and the cells traveling around
- How to keep us in the fast lane and healthy, versus why we can find
construction zones and areas of congestion
- What you should know if you have cancer or someone you love does,
and how the lymphatic system is involved

- Five hacks to create space and flow in your body giving you ease of
movement, higher cognitive function and increase your immune response
- Tricks to ease pain, whether it's every day aches and pains or
specific targeted pain. Lymph plays a huge role in pain and pain
management, having good understanding how the system works will give you better options to create desired results

RMT, LDT, CLT, Founder and Owner of Lymph Balance Centre

Robin Devine, RMT, CLT, LDT, is a 2200 hour Massage Therapist who
specializes in Lymphatic Drainage, Lymphedema Therapy, Relaxation &
Therapeutic Massage, Brain Therapy, Brain Reflex Therapy, and
Craniosacral Therapy.

Robins extensive knowledge and expertise has been well earned as she
has traveled the world both learning and teaching these techniques.
She has trained with Dr.Chikly to work specifically with the
Primo-vascular System, and learning osteopathic/lymphatic techniques
to help treat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Multiple
Sclerosis. Understanding and helping integrate Neonatal/Birth Reflexes
for clients to help alleviate multitudes of conditions and afflictions
has become a newfound passion.

Robin founded the Lymph Balance Centre which is Calgary’s first
private Lymphatic and Wellness Centre. Based on the foundation that
your health and wellbeing stems from your immune system, they ensure
that all therapists are well versed in working with your Lymphatic
System, in many capacities and include Lymphatic Drainage Therapy into
massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, bowen therapy, shiatsu, yoga
and meditation. Fueled by her passion and propelled by her
determination Robin has brought together varied Lymphatic Therapists
into one location, skilled in many modalities of individual therapies,
creating a centre of healing.
