Queen City Bytes is partnering with Charlotte Mecklenburg Library to help you learn about resumes, interviewing and best practices for your job hunt in the technology sector. This class is intended for people trying to break into the field, as well as those looking to make a change.

THE DISCUSSION:
Khala Johnson of Method (formerly Skookum) will discuss resume writing and interview tips, the great resignation and all things tech job hunts. Afterward she will have a Q&A for any questions you might have about the process.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Khala is the Recruiting Manager for Method and has been with the company for the last three and a half years. As an internal team member focused on the growth of the company, Method focuses on hiring primarily software developers, product designers (UX/UI), experience designers, and product strategists. Khala's favorite part about working for Method is definitely the people and company culture.

In her spare time, Khala enjoys caring for her dog Chuck and her plant babies, spending time with friends and family, working out (Pilates is her favorite) and never turns down an excuse to grab an iced coffee.
