Your Instructor: Amy Gori
Amy is a graduate of the Iron Yard Academy and works as a web developer for a startup in Durham. She credits Girl Develop It with giving her the confidence to make the transition into a tech career after spending most of her professional life in higher education, where she worked with undergraduate students and also wrote a dissertation about Paradise Lost. When she isn’t hacking away in Ruby on Rails or JavaScript, she is busy trying to be a good parent and to find time to cook real food and read real books.
