where='CENTRL's Eastside office! Whose address is 329 NE Couch St, recommended parking is around 3rd and Davis :-) CENTRL's entrance faces Couch right as it swerves before going over the bridge. We meet in a room on the second floor. Doors lock at 6 so look for a posted note with a phone number to call if you happen to arrive after that time.'
