Quiet Your Cortex: The Neuroscience of Planning

Nov 7, 2018 · Foster City, United States of America

A little bit of science can profoundly change our approach to planning both personally and professionally. In this session, we will discuss how the brain plays a significant role in our understanding of time, objectives, and achievement.

We travel back in time and into the future on a daily basis, anchored by our experiences of success and failure. Leveraging this knowledge can help you, your teams, and your organization avoid common pitfalls along this daily traverse. We will discuss our formulation of time and planning against goals, the issues we run into, and how to avoid them.

By attending this session, you will understand -
