ProductTank April

Apr 19, 2017 · Greater London, United Kingdom

Social Tech for Good

This month, ProductTank will focus on creating technology for good, in a way that is sustainable and solves real customer problems. We will look at examples of where technology has had a significant impact on peoples' live and how the products and services involved were designed and managed.

This ProductTank has been curated by Lesley Ann-Vaughan. You can find Lesley on Twitter and LinkedIn

This month's speakers are:

James Chant (Head of Product at Spacehive)

James will talk about how he uses product design to create a new, collaborative and democratic model for communities. He will explain how this model aims to help empower citizens, opening up new funding and creativity.

Precious Lunga (Epidemiologist at Medical Research Council)

Precious will discuss her experiences in designing and delivering health products for the African markets, outlining some of her lessons learned and pitfalls to be mindful of.
