In the next Product Tank we will talk about 'product culture' and how big companies and startups build and nurture strong, cross-functional, and high performance product teams. How do they ultimately align individual team OKR's with the company's objectives? What is the makeup of their teams and where do user research, product design, agile software development and data-driven optimization come into the picture? 

1. Marc Abraham - World First, Mind the Product
Marc is Head of Core Product at World First, a large global foreign exchange business. Hugely passionate about creating great products, Marc is also the global coordinator of all ProductTank meetups. 

Marc will use his experiences at World First and other places to demonstrate how we as product people can instil or improve product culture within our organisations. He will look at the common components of product culture and suggest some tools that you can use in your day jobs to create and share a product mindset.

2. Antonio van der Weel - Werkspot
Antonio is Product Owner at - A marketplace where homeowners can get matched with trusted professionals. Previously he worked as an intrapeneur and founder on ecommerce startup Kieskeurig Outlet. He has a strong passion for online business and lean product development.

In the past two years has rapidly grown internationally. During his talk Antonio will share how they have created a strong product culture and maintained it. Touching the fundamentals that form a product-first organization, product vision, and how they use OKRs to work objective driven with their product teams.

3. Edial Dekker - TravelBird 
Edial founded a design studio and a startup (Gidsy) in Berlin, before being acquired by GetYourGuide (also in Berlin). After Berlin, he joined the Eventbrite product team in San Francisco. Now, he’s responsible for product things related to conversion at TravelBird.

TravelBird grew from 2 people to almost 450 people in 6 years, but the engineering/product team is much younger. Edial will cover lessons learned on setting goals, OKR's and changing focuses when an organisation is figuring out how to land safely.
