Speaker Bio: Kelly is responsible for the Edison Edge value-added services platform and advises portfolio companies on accelerating growth and scale. Through her Sales & Marketing Acceleration Program, she focuses on helping companies with go-to-market strategy and execution, organization design, and architecting scalable marketing machines that deliver the differentiated products, market presence and strong pipelines. Kelly serves on the board of directors for Salsa Labs, and has been recognized as one of the Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ.
A 22-year veteran of emerging and established companies with deep experience in creating market categories, building successful marketing organizations, and developing strategies that grow Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses, Kelly is a technology marketer and optimist who has built her career on a passion for breaking new ground, having never held a role that someone held before her.  She joined Edison in June 2014 from SundaySky where, during her tenure as vice president of marketing, revenue grew 3X year over year, and she established the company as the leader in personalized video. In addition to her time at SundaySky, Kelly led marketing at Operative, an Edison portfolio company, and LivePerson (LPSN) where revenue increased from $49 million to $100 million during her tenure. Prior to LivePerson, she started a new wine venture, Oriel, achieving profitability in three years and doubling sales year over year. 
Kelly’s career started in public relations, which landed her in various communications and marketing roles at Lotus (acquired by IBM). She caught the startup bug in 2000 when Ray Ozzie, the inventor of Lotus Notes, recruited her to Groove Networks, where she spent five years prior to the company’s acquisition by Microsoft.
