Maria Răcuciu -Project Manager, with more than 6 years of experience in IT project management and Agile Delivery, delivering small, medium and large projects by leading divers teams of different sizes. She has more than 11 years in software industry. Extensive experience in managing software projects with both collocated and distributed teams. Areas of expertise: software project management, Agile methodologies.
Marian Ciupeiu - Agile enthusiast and Project Manager, with ~6 years of experience in the IT industry. By working on small intense projects, to scaling large project across multiple teams in Romania and abroad, he finds his passion in working with people and strives to construct high performing teams which are autonomous, self-enabled and self-driven to stay motivated.
Teodora Lazăr - started her career in Project Management in Telecommunications and in 2011 moved back from Canada to Romania where she continued in the fields of Business Management and PMO. In 2015 obtained her P3O Practitioner certification and momentarily is leading the P3O (Project, Programme and Portfolio Offices) practice in Endava, where she builds and adapts the support and governance needed to the business changes.
Monica Costina Duca – PMP, with more than 8 years’ experience in projects, managing medium to large process automation projects with both SW and HW scope, leading international project execution teams located in multiple world areas through different stages of implementation – from design to implementation and commissioning – now Manager of Projects at Emerson, leading a group of Project Managers for the successful delivery of Emerson European projects executed out of Cluj.
