19:10 – 19:45 Presentation: A Kanban story – When does un-flexible become better than flexible?

As Project Managers, being flexible is considered a key-value in order to surface in the stormy waters of a project. A flexible way of organizing a project was defined, in our project, as creating an easy to use framework based on Kanban for the benefit and accustomed to our particular client way of being. This presentation will walk you through a part of our project journey and will highlight why, unlike other nice stories, our Kanban ultra-flexible reality failed.

19:45 – 20:00 Break
20:00 – 20:45 Panel topic: We will talk about Kanban (vs Scrum & Others) in the context of (Hybrid) Projects and the ability of the PM to master the complexity of different approaches.
