Membership fees and venues

Due to problems with securing free venues, and nobody stepping forward to provide a workable free alternative, we need to collect at least $2,000 for this group to remain viable. We will not be able to schedule events until we have enough money.

We now offer a choice of 3 and 12 month memberships for $4.95 and $15.00 respectively:

In the event that we collect more than we need, then we will spend it on catering our events and hosting Xmas parties and so on.

We will recommence scheduling events once we achieve a kitty of $1,000 - and so far there is a still a long way to go. Don't rely on everyone else paying - for the price of a cup of coffee, step forward now!

Because we need certainty, there will be no refunds made unless we fail to reach our target kitty of $1,000. If we do fail, I'll schedule an event at a bar and put whatever we did collect less costs on a drinks tab.
