Semantic Repository of Things (SRT) is an eloquent method to create standardized semantic data annotation models, a lingua franca for the Internet of Things, while providing architecture for repositories to build and manage things specific data graphs.
Semantic Repository of Things gives:
Hardware vendors’ products the ability to interoperate with a broad array of things using standardized models, resulting in customization of solutions and thus higher valued products. Service Providers the ability to easily add value in the form of customizable features. Users access to richer environments, greater optimization, and the ability to turn capital assets to managed resources.

Data Envelopes for the IoT (Internet of Things).
By Jesus Monroy, Jr.
On the Internet, a general statistic is 90% of users consume, less than 2% produce. However, with the advent of IoT (Internet of Things), the balance will shift.
If you are a producer of data, you will be concerned with safeguarding your data. The talk will outline some Open Source methods that will safeguard your raw data, but will allow your findings to reap the benefits.
Jesus Monroy Jr. is an Web & Mobile developer with a broad range of experience, from education, to gaming, to CDN (before it had that name), and robotics.
