DELAYED TO FEB 8TH
Join us at this January, online, to see a super interesting case of how Cybereason managed to achieve full autonomy of their team, both building and deploying services to production, without being dependent on ops. They'll present the full tech stack solution - super interesting, don't miss this.
AGENDA
20:15 - 20:30 Virtual huddle
20:30 - 21:30 Unlock The Developer / Roey Azroel & Maayan Sela - Cybereason
21:30 - 21:45 Q&A with speaker
= Unlock The Developer
The main challenges we had while planning our product releases were the bottleneck related to DevOps tasks and the lack of automation & standardization among the engineering team. In order to overcome those challenges, we had to think outside the box and create new solutions that would enable our development teams to deliver value in a better way. In the process we’ve changed our development model and created a self-service infrastructure that operates in one click.
In this meetup we’ll elaborate about our challenges along the process, the new technologies we used and the final new tool we created.
= Roey Azroel
Roey has over 15 years of experience in the software industry. He started his career in the Israeli Intelligence unit, and later held various positions as Sales engineer, Full stack developer and DevOps manager.
Today, Roey is the Platform Chief Architect at Cybereason, leading the company toward modern architecture based on cloud and microservices.
= Maayan Sela
Maayan has over 8 years of experience as a software developer, specializing in microservices (k8s).
Today, Maayan leads the Security Services R&D group at Cybereason, focusing on technologies, scale and production processes.
