🎤Speaker bio:
Donna Edwards has 20 years’ experience working in the IT industry. She is the CEO of SHOUTOUT, a simple recognition program helping organisations retain their talent and a BDM for Amazon Web Services in the Training and Certification team. With an MBA and MHRM, Donna is an international conference speaker and regular panelist on diversity and leadership topics. She is an author and a WA Business News, 40 under 40 award winner for the Professional Services category (2019). Donna volunteers for a multitude of NFP community groups in the tech space and is passionate about helping others succeed and inspiring confidence.

Shona Rowan is an inspirational speaker, high-performance coach, and author of the soon to be released book - The Psychology of Successful Women. She is also the founder and host of The Psychology of Successful Women podcast. Shona has over 20 years of experience working with organisations, career minded individuals and business owners to maximise performance and accelerate success via practical high-performance workshops and inspirational events. She also works with women privately via her signature Career Acceleration Program for Women. Drawing on her extensive training in Psychology, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Peak Performance; Shona equips her clients with powerful mindsets and behaviours to succeed and thrive in dynamic environments. Previously based in London for over a decade, she relocated back to her home town of Perth in 2016 and works both locally and internationally. Shona's clients include Baker McKenzie, Citi Group, Chevron, DLA Piper, Lavan and Shell. In a previous life she was ranked 6th in the world as a Ballroom and Latin American dancer.

The zoom event link will be shared 1 hour before the event, via Meetup, to all those who have RSVP'd YES to this event, as well as in the comments below. Please make sure to check your emails, including spam folder, for a message from Meetup after 4.30pm (AEST).

As we are all remote - make yourself comfortable! Have some snacks, maybe even dinner, and as always any drink of choice!

No — we want it to be a safe and inclusive place for all to speak openly, recording the meeting might make attendees uncomfortable.
