It will be a smaller group, which will allow us to have a more interactive session. I'll ask people to get into small groups, and pick an interactive tool from one of the below, and prepare a short overview to share with the group.
While being a manager in professional place is definitely work, there is definitely a lot of room for finding creative ways to get people together and helping build the team and achieve team goals.
I'd like us to talk about different structures, games, or processes that other managers have used to achieve some purpose. Here are a few examples:
