Note: We are at a new location, VTS, right by Bryant Park. We will start at 6:30 exactly.
It will be a smaller group, which will allow us to have a more interactive session. I'll ask people to get into small groups, and pick an interactive tool from one of the below, and prepare a short overview to share with the group.
While being a manager in professional place is definitely work, there is definitely a lot of room for finding creative ways to get people together and helping build the team and achieve team goals.
I'd like us to talk about different structures, games, or processes that other managers have used to achieve some purpose. Here are a few examples:
* Kanban game - this is actually a game to help teach kanban / agile concepts. https://getkanban.com/
* Market of Skills - helps people learn about each other, skills everybody brings to the team, and what they are trying to learn.

Here are some interesting collections of ideas:
* Atlassian Team Playbook https://www.atlassian.com/team-playbook
* Liberating Structures http://www.liberatingstructures.com/
* Google ReWork Guides https://rework.withgoogle.com/guides/
As always, we'll continue the conversation at a bar nearby afterwards.
