“All the brilliant people working on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and on the same computer”
When coding in groups of 3 to 6 people, software developers can experience a great atmosphere and learn to look at a problem from different points of view. In addition to that, it's just fun! Mob programming works for all experience levels. Join us to solve challenging coding katas, try new programming languages and practice TDD and Clean Code.
We organize this event together with https://www.meetup.com/Munich-Lambda, a group of functional programming enthusiasts. This way, at least one group will try to solve the provided kata using a functional language. Of course, as always, other programming paradigms and languages can also be explored.
And here is how our evening will look like:
1. 7:00 pm – First things first: Get comfortable in our office with pizza & beer
2. 7:15 pm – Introduction: We will give you a brief introduction to Mob Programming and build the groups
3. 7:30 pm – Coding time
4. 9:30 pm – Final Wrap Up: we come together, show our outcomes and have a short retrospective
5. 10:00 pm – open end
Pizzas and Beers are sponsored by our host Mercateo (https://www.mercateo.com/corporate/karriere/)
Bring your own computers. See you!
