Michel Feaster, CEO Founder (Usermind)

Michel is the co-founder and CEO of Usermind, responsible for company vision, strategic direction, planning and execution. Michel has raised more than $22 million from leading VCs including Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures and CRV. Her enterprise software career spans almost 20 years with roles in sales, product, strategic marketing and general management. 

Before founding Usermind, Michel was VP of Products at Apptio, where she drove product strategy, defined the category and discipline of Technology Business Management, and helped grow the company from 30 to almost 400 employees. Michel led the acquisition of Opsware by HP Software for $1.6B, managed the combined Opsware, Radia and AppIq product teams, and defined the Service Automation category. She also spent nearly eight years at Mercury Interactive building world class products like LoadRunner and QualityCenter, which made customer’s lives better.

He is a five time founder, working on his sixth and has raised $3.5MM from angel investors. He has sold two companies, closed a company and failed once. He is the inventor of the Package Guard, a device that protects your home deliveries from thieves. He also has a monthly TV show for KING5 called Start IT Seattle.
