In particular. She'll be discussing issues such as security and card blocking and how the levels of customer service will scale to avoid the problems that more established providers are having with lean support. 

 In the second talk, Bernadine will be talking about understanding art as an investment, secure online database and collectors anonymity and her experience of acceleration through the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator Programme.
