Ruth Cooper-Dickson the founder of Champs Consulting, will lead this session for us to understand we all need stress, but how we can be proactive in managing it.

The session will focus on the impact to our physical wellbeing if we do not practice self-care when it comes to our mental health. The session will be a mix of learning and evidence, signposting to develop your own tool-box and practical ways we can develop positive habits to recharge and refresh, enabling you to find your conviction to change to reset those blurred boundaries.

Speaker Bio:
Ruth Cooper-Dickson - Founder, Champs Consulting

Ruth is a passionate hands-on wellbeing specialist focused on practical outcomes. A Mental Health First Aider, she has worked with over 500 individuals and has lived experience of a mental health condition.

Ruth supports global organisations on their wellbeing journey and creates best practice on how to ingrain a culture of positive mental health; through facilitating Mental Health First Aid training, ‘Stress-Free Living’ workshops, events and holistic consultancy projects. The organisations Ruth has partnered with includes Zurich Insurance, Westfield London, PwC, BLP LLP, Red Bull, Manchester United F.C. and London South Bank University.

She has become a respected thought leader, from publishing articles on positive mental wellbeing in the workplace, speaking at roundtable events (including at the House of Lords) and regularly delivers keynotes, to encourage further engagement on the discussion of our mental health.
