For this meeting I'd like to borrow a page from the local Ruby group (Thanks Nathaniel!) and have a lightning talk meeting. I'll quote Nathaniel's Ruby meet up announcement: "we'll be doing a lightning talk night with a rejectconf twist. What that means is that there's no hard time limit, but talks will get sorted by estimated talk time, shortest to longest. The shorter your talk, the more talks we can see and the more likelihood you'll get to give it. So start thinking about something quick and cool you could share with us - it'll be a blast!" My goal is pretty simple. I want to hear what everyone else is doing. Some of us have success stories, some of us have horror stories. Come share with us how you've used agile practices, individually or as part of an entire methodology. What are you trying? What's succeeded? What's failed? What's in progress? Send me mail (or send it to the list!) with your topics and times. I'll collect and sort them. But you can always stand up at the meeting and volunteer as well.
