Wendy Glasgow
CTO OFX

Wendy joined OFX as CTO in February 2018. Wendy has 18 years’ experience in the Tech, leading engineering and product teams to deliver business critical online products to Australian and international markets. Wendy began her career as a software engineer in Australia, before moving to Europe working at AOL UK as Development Manager and Microsoft where she moved into Agile Product delivery. Moving back to Austraila, Wendy has held CTO-type roles at SAI Global and Carsguide and lead the data capability at NewsCorp. Most recently Wendy lead Data Platforms and Consulting across APAC markets at Google. Wendy holds a fairly relevant Bachelor of IT and a somewhat relevant Bachelor and Graduate Certificate in Law.

“Owen got into tech at 11 when he started programming on a Sinclair ZX81, and spent most of his career in software product companies with a few short stints in consultancy. He’s done a variety of roles in the past 10 years including being a Director, CIO, CTO and Tech Director in both the UK and Sydney. Most recently he’s worked for WiseTech Global, EY and now Ansarada. He has a passion for high growth software companies and thinks Australia needs more of them.”

“Anne-Marie Charrett is an accomplished software executive with over 20 years experience in the software industry. Anne-Marie is owner and CEO of Testing Times, supplying contemporary quality engineering and software testing consulting and training services. Her previous executive positions include head of engineering at Tyro Payments, where she served in transforming their quality engineering practices. Anne-Marie is dedicated to building a skilled and diverse community of quality engineers. To this end she founded SpeakEasy Diversity designed to improve diversity at tech conferences. She was instrumental in launching the Sydney Testers Meetup. She now runs the Quality Engineering Meetup. She blogs at Maverick Tester and offers tweets @charrett“
