Title: State of Data Analytics in Budapest 

Description</a>Budapest became a prominent city for data analytics and big data. Companies like <a href="https://www.cloudera.com">Cloudera, Hortonworks have chosen Budapest as their base to develop the next generation data analytics stack. This talk explains what factors contributed to this effect and provides some insights about the current landscape. I showcase interesting projects, companies and where we are headed with the community.

Mate also teaches big data analytics at Budapest University of Technology and Economics​. Speaker and organiser of local and international conferences and meetups.

Title: An Intro to Machine Learning with Apache Spark

Description: In this hands-on presentation you will see a real-world use-case about MLlib, the machine learning library for Apache Spark. You will understand how to apply machine learning methods in Spark and see them in action in a simple example. All code and presentation material will be shared with the audience after the talk.

Toth, founder of datapao.com, where he spends most of his time helping companies kick off and mature their data analytics infrastructure, and gives Hadoop, big data and AWS courses regularly. He also works as senior instructor and consultant at Databricks, the company behind the Apache Spark project.
