KM Strategy Framework and Change Management in Your Organization

Apr 30, 2018 · Vancouver, Canada

Join IA/CS Vancouver for a discussion with Mark Knauf-Nakamura, a Vancouver-based knowledge & change management leader.

Mark will speak about strategically applying a KM framework and structure within your organization, and will guide attendees through his high-level roadmap on how to kick-start/revamp a KM Program, both of which he has developed and implemented in high-impact organizations across North America.

This KM Strategy Framework details key concepts and methodologies to deliver on business objectives: (1) people, governance and culture; (2) content, services & programs; and (3) process, metrics & enabling technology. He then will tie these together with some some basics on change management.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in delivering “proven leadership in managing multiple enterprise-wide change and knowledge management projects from strategy and planning to execution in the professional services, financial services and manufacturing industries, and public not-for-profit” (LinkedIn, Mark Knauf-Nakamura). Mark currently consults with clients including the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC, and has held such roles as Director of Knowledge Management for Courthouse Libraries BC, and Director/Sr Principal and Global Leader of Content Strategy for KPMG International.
