In the wake of Jurgen's visit to Australia I thought we could discuss an Agile BA's place in change management.
My thinking is that we use a facilitated discussion format as a variation from the lecture format of recent sessions.
Agenda:
1. What is change management in an agile world?
2. What tools do we have available (e.g. Jurgen's model)
3. How we can apply these tools to our contexts
4. What success might look like
