Teresa Torres, Product Discovery Coach

Growing Professionally As a Product Manager

Product management has evolved rapidly over the past five years. You might see it happening in your organization or you may just be reading about it in blogs. As William Gibson once said, “The future is here—It’s just not evenly distributed.”
If you enjoy being a product manager and want to still be doing it in the next five years, you need a plan for investing in your skills and evolving as a product manager.

As a discovery coach, I get to see first hand how dozens of companies are evolving to adapt these changes. In this talk, I’ll share how to take ownership of your own professional development to ensure that you stay relevant as a product manager as our field continues to evolve.
