Java 8 and GS Collections with Donald Raab

Java 8 and GS Collections – Functional, Fluent and Fun (and Free and Fast)
In addition to what is new and exciting in Java 8, there is a lot of stuff that has been built into GS Collections that can take advantage of the new language features straight out of the box.  GS Collections is a force multiplier for Java 8 that will help usher in a new exciting world of increased productivity and performance enhancements for Java developers.

Donald Raab manages the JVM Architecture Team, which is part of the Enterprise Platforms Group in the Technology Division, at Goldman Sachs.  Donald is a member of the Java Specification Request (JSR) 335 Expert Group (Libraries) and is one of the alternate representatives on the Java Community Process (JCP) Executive Committee.
