Scrum Event & Present: Jasper Verdooren: Agile Coaching from the trenches - Team Reboots & Self-Selection
Join this event to hear Jasper talking about multi-team kick-offs and reboots.
We will look into a case study from a successful team reboot in a "2 day event" whereby a cluster of teams; distributed over 4 countries; transitioned from component teams in a SAFe-based structure to end-to-end teams in a LeSS (Large-Scaled Scrum)-based structure.
We will look at the facilitation design, which models and theories were used in the design and discuss what worked well and what didn’t.
