IoT Security and Blockchain

Jun 21, 2018 · Saint Paul, United States of America

Don Schleede with talk about some of the biggest security mistakes people make in IoT? How do we plan for building the right security protocols? How do we fund proper security into our work plan?

David Duccini will talk about how blockchain based distributed ledger technology can be utilized for a number of emerging IoT use cases. From credits in smart meters to patch management, a blockchain based system can offer additional security to traditionally under-powered devices in remote and low-trust environments.

Paul Anderson will talk about using Blockchain for scalable and secure identity and access management of IoT Devices.
