Introduction to fundamentals of UX Research - Presented by Dr Emmanuelle Savarit

User (UX) Research helps you understand who your users are, what user needs are and what the best way to meet end user needs is.
Analyse-Concept's Research Director, Dr Emmanuelle Savarit, is a psychologist who has worked in the field of Human-Computer Interaction for more than a decade. She initially worked in academia as well as providing freelance services to Silicon Valley firms. She has also worked in Paris, London and Los Angeles and provides her services globally.
Emmanuelle set up Analyse-Concept in 2010 to provide User Research & Digital Strategy services across sectors such as finance, e-commerce, start-ups etc. Her aim is to ensure customer needs are always identified and incorporated thoughout the product development process.
Some of the projects she has been involved in include: Mobile banking apps, online gaming websites, pre-concept development for a startup MVP, government platforms, subscription box platforms etc.
