Have you heard about Jobs to be Done? Do you know what it is? Do you have jobs to be done in your own products? Join us on April 19 and learn more about this framework designed to drive innovation. It's a great way to understand the real reasons behind customer choices and how you can meet unmet needs.

We'll start with a short introduction about what it is, check out some examples and then dig in with a group break-out sessions where we can dig into how Jobs to be Done can be applied in your real world.

By the end of this session, you will understand how to explore this simple but powerful technique in your own product management practice.

About the Presenters:

Chris Foster

A background building products designed for users as consumers within the enterprise, Chris has over 10 years experience driving product vision and building products across multiple verticals including Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness, and Financial Services. He is currently Director of Product Strategy at Benevity.

Martin L’Heureux

Martin began his career as a developer with a taste for strategy. Over the following years, he moved into Business Analysis and Product Management. His passion is understanding the customer needs (both practical and emotional) and helping teams deliver extraordinary experiences through agile practices. Martin has worked on customer experiences for both startup and Fortune 500 organizations. He is active in the community as a member of the Calgary Agile Methods User Group and co-organizer of the Calgary Product Manager’s Meet Up. He once started a robot uprising.
