We have a double bill for the April Meetup. Ian Stuart and Steve Raddon will be giving us an insight into Business Intelligence tools and good practice. Ian will provide an overview of the considerations on selecting and implementing a BI data analytics capability and Steve will provide us with some real world examples

We also hope to provide an update on the work streams that we initiated at the last meetup.

Ian Stuart: Taking Project Management to the next level with Analytics

Steve Raddon: BI for Change Management : Banking Regulation Challenge

A key challenge for the modern Programme and Project Manager is the need to capture, analyse, visualise and communicate change related data - required to align and articulate plans, deliverables and business benefits, across multiple data sources, data points and dimensions. Steve Raddon helps to illustrate the challenge using the example of planning, assessing and tracking regulatory project commitments within the banking industry, through development of a multi-dimensional change management data model, supported by BI tooling.

Steve Raddon has over 15+ years experience delivering large-scale data driven programmes within the Investment Banking industry, driving strategic business and IT change across a variety of regulatory initiatives. Steve’s current areas of focus include addressing client needs through business driven data management, analytics and visualisation approaches and solutions.
